They will also avoid soaking the operated limb until the Omnistrip reduction clips are removed (by humectation) 10 days after the operation;<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-431\" alt=\"bullet\" src=\"http:\/\/www.inimed.ro\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/check.png\" width=\"15\" height=\"15\" \/>\u00a0The patient will follow an anticoagulant treatment, with Clexane or Fraxiparina, according to the vascular surgeon indications, for a period of 7 or 21 days, in order to prevent postoperative thrombosis;<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-431\" alt=\"bullet\" src=\"http:\/\/www.inimed.ro\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/check.png\" width=\"15\" height=\"15\" \/>\u00a05 postoperative days later, the number of the thrombocytes must be established. If the number of the thrombocytes is lower than 100.000\/ mm3, the anticoagulant will no longer be administered and the patient must immediately contact the physician;<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-431\" alt=\"bullet\" src=\"http:\/\/www.inimed.ro\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/check.png\" width=\"15\" height=\"15\" \/>\u00a0The
